Net gear hotspot
Bought a hotspot for college because dorm Wi-Fi is horrible. Has been working with no issues for the past 2 months I noticed an issue 2 days ago that it was not letting me load into a game even though I was connected, I restarted the hotspot and had the same problem,today it’s not connecting at all it says I’m wired but is saying nat type is unavailable literally nothing has changed. And on top of that it’s not even popping up on my phones Wi-Fi. So I can’t try to troubleshoot it from there. What should I do?

Which one? Tell us the model number (look at the label on it) and someone may have suggestions.
Manuals are always a good place to start.

Feed in your model number and check the documentation for your hardware.
Look for the model number on the label on the device.
