NETGEAR 4g LTE MODEM
Hi,
We are in Australia and want a wifi modem to use in our caravan. We were sold a 4g LTE Modem, Telstra sim and mobile broadband credit but I can not get it to work. The modem turns on correctly but I can not find it when I search for wifi. I do not have any device that I can plug into it, I need to access it via wifi. I am trying to use it with both laptop and iPad. Can anyone assist with how I can use it? Or have we been sold the incorrect modem.
