Netgear 4G LTE

Hello everyone, I’ve recently purchased the netgear 4G LTE modem and I’m have trouble with the power light turning green. Here are a few facts and things I’ve tried.
*im using straight sims card
*everything is hooked up
*I’ve Tried changing the APN(may not be doing it correctly) 😭
*The router is blue(connected)
* the router light is blinking green
PLEASE HELP ME

      Have you tried factory resetting the device? If not, please do so and let us know if it helps.

       

      Kindly check this link as reference for the list of error conditions if the Power LED bar blinks amber fast and an individual signal strength bar is on or off [page 85 - 86]
