Netgear 785 - stuck in 'shutting down'

Have you tried a factory reset? If you still can not get the device to boot and it is still under warranty I suggest contacting support.

Hi,
Pressing the navigation and power buttion as detailed in
https://kb.netgear.com/25853/How-do-I-reset-my-AirCard-785-to-factory-default-settings
is not helping neither.
Unless there is another way to do a factory reset, I will have to contact support.
