Netgear 810 update
Netgear 810 unlocked I often check the device touch screen for a chance to get a new update to resolve the many issues I suffer from,but sadly nothing in the air ,wonder how netgear a networking comp...
The release is still on track for Mar 20.

I try to contact netgear support staff but not any good way to solve problem .I feel very disappoint.why netgear cannot update firmware to solve problem???

i used huawei hotspots before like E5372 and E5570 they have good support as to regular updates ,am astonished how netgear pays no attention do its devices
I have to discuss with my direct contact with this firmware update availability policy. Customers deserve better. Things can change.

As per the serial number of your device, we were able to identify that your unit is not a retail product. This type of unit is engineered / customized based on the needs of an Internet Service Provider and can only be obtained through them. This means that the support including the replacement / return should be handled through the Internet Service Provider which the product was obtained .

I try to find support just give me this respon . very angry and i give cannot connect 127.0.0.1 picture for netgear support but they never want to help me .sigh....
