I diagree with u logically netgear has different units each of them is specialized in special tasks and special devices and therefore has it's own support

Highly probably just like you said. This Qualcomm LTE technology inside these Netgear devices is the best in the world. That's why we chose Netgear. We expect software inside Netgear devices to perform best possible way, that's for sure.
