Netgear Aircard 785s - Unable to view SMS messages

Hi,

I am unable to view the SMS messages on Netgear app accessing Netgear Aircard 785s and web admin logon.

Please advice to trouble shoot.

    Visit the support pages:

    Support | NETGEAR

    Feed in your model number and check the documentation for your hardware.

    You may have done that already. I can't tell from your message.

     

    I mention it because Netgear gave up on supplying paper manuals years ago and people sometimes miss the downloads.

    Just want to clarify, do you see list of messages but cannot open it? Or no messages listed under Messaging settings?

      Hi Blanca,

      The are no messages listed under messaging . But when I change the sim to mobile, I see the sms messages.

       

      Please advice.
