Netgear Aircard 785s - Unable to view SMS messages

Hi, I am unable to view the SMS messages on Netgear app accessing Netgear Aircard 785s and web admin logon. Please advice to trouble shoot.

Hi Blanca,

The are no messages listed under messaging . But when I change the sim to mobile, I see the sms messages.

Please advice.
