Netgear AirCard 810 Battery Removal Issues

Hi there,

Been trying to remove the battery from my newly purchased Netgear AirCard 810 and it's almost impossible without any additional tools.

Is there a trick that I'm missing here?

I've looked into the manual and searched online but couldn't find much.

Any help is much appreciated, thanks!
