NETGEAR AirCard Signal Boosting Cradle with Ethernet - DC113A

The ethernet connection drops at least once a week. Light goes out at ethernet pluc in back of the cradle. Hotspot wifi is fine. I have to recycle power to get ethernet to start working again.

Any ideas?

    what aircard are you using with the dock? have you tried to factory reset the dock?
