NETGEAR HackMR1100-1A1NAS WONT UPDATE 2019 at&t

Hi im trying to update my neargear hawk but it wont update.

 

i try factory reset, its At&t version can someone help me?

    The latest FW for MR1100-2A1NAS is 12.05.05.00 / PRI: 3.12.

     

    What is the firmware version of your MR1100? What is the error message when you attempt to update the firmware?
