Netgear is not recognizing my passwords recovery

I'm having a very difficut time trying to recover my password recovery but it's not recognizing my answers either way I put it down. They are 2 answers that seems to be not fitting with my answers. I cannot even get my printer to access the Wifi as well. OMG I swear I spent 5 hours today trying to do it all. I have not gotten very far or for the better terms NO LUCK.. Please anybody out there help me. I also tried to reset my modem passwords but before I could do that it wanted me to answer the 2 secret questions that won't recognize it. I hope this makes sense. 

How can I reset my wifi password if it doesnt recognize my 2 security questions??
