Netgear LB 1120 Remote Login

I have read 2 previous threads and one said remote login into the device is not possible

and then this thread says it is possible

The device is using a T-Mobile sim card with an assigned Public Static IP.

Is it possible to remotely login into the router using the public static IP?

What configuration do I need to set ?
