Netgear LB2120 as 4g LTE modem - SIM problems

I have just purchased a LB2120 and put my Optus mobile broadband SIM in to find I have no signal. To troubleshoot I then put my Virginmobile SIM from my phone in the LB2120 and got a signal. I place my Optus mobile broadband SIM in my phone and it gets a signal... What is going on?

    Please check APN profile settings as it may not have automatically setup the APN profile for Optus SIM. You can manually set it up via the WebUI and re-check connection.
