Netgear M1 + Google Wifi - Slow Download Speeds

I am seeing very slow speeds with Google Wifi connected to the M1.  

 

SpeedTest direct on M1: ~60Mbps down, 24 up

SpeedTest on Google Wifi - hardwired (ethernet) to M1: 6Mbps down, 24 up

Google Wifi Network Test: 6Mbps down, 24 up

 

For some reason, download speeds on Google Wifi that is connected to Netgear M1 via ethernet cable are 1/10 the speed of direct wifi connection to the M1.  I have tried multiple ethernet cables.  I have tried IP passthrough on the M1, and also with IP passthrough disabled.  I have tried using the Google Wifi for DHCP, and I have tried M1 for DHCP.  All have the same results.  

 

Does anyone have a possible resoltion to this??

    If you speedtest with a computer hardwired into the M1, what speeds do you get? 

    If the M1 is putting out full speeds hardwired and wireless, it seems to point to the google wifi being the issue, doesn't it?
