Netgear M1 high ping

M nighthawk M1 is constantly sitting at between 50-90 ping with a lot of fluctuation/jitter going on, while this isnt the case with any of my other mobile devices (My mobile phone for example averages a stable 40 ping) in this area.

Does anybody have any idea as to why my routers performance would differ so wildly from any other mobile device ive tried here so far?
