Netgear M1 mr1100-100 : WIFI, ETHERNET, USB-C RNDIS all stopped working

My Nighthawk M1 MR1100-100 does not broadcast the wifi signal anymore. This happened after I enabled wifi offloading. I have reset it several times by pressing on the reset button until I met with the message please don't turn off the device, connected it to PC through ethernet cable and usb c cable(RNDIS) but nothing works. Wifi is absent and the ethernet, RNDIS both fail to provide an ip. How I am supposed to setup the device if I can not connect any device to it? Thanks!

    Doing factory reset should resolve all these issues. Could you please advise what happened when you do factory reset by pressing the resetbutton?
