Netgear M1 SD Card Slot

Hi, thanks for the add. I have recently purchased an M1 and a  micro sd card. There is no card reader in the slot for the card to connect. The manual says it should have one. My question is, are  ...

Hi, there is a slot for the sd card to go in. There is just no contacts in there for the card to connect, hence my question do some M1s have storage and some do not.

You tried a card and it didn't work?

 

If this is a device supplied by a mobile operator, they may have had Netgear create a customised version without that feature.

 

Then there is the geographical market. Again, the specifications may differ.

    Hi, I think you are right about the m1 not having a card reader. It was bought from amazon a few weeks ago. Just a little disappointed that it's  not fitted with one. Good little device though.

    I have since noted, as you state, there are several versions of the device on the market. Maybe I have one of those.
