Netgear M2 MR2100 WiFi to WiFi file transfer is horrendously slow

Hi,

I have the issue with my M2 router that WiFi to WiFi transfer is very slow. And I mean really slow, I'm talking of about 100 KB/s using P2P file sync and other connections like SFTP are even dropping completely. It does not depend of the device or operating system or the application that I'm using for the file transfer.

As soon as one of the devices (sender or recipient) is connected via a LAN cable instead, the speed immediately goes up to about 40 MB/s.
