Netgear M2, Spare batteries not supported
Hello I ordered two spare batteries from Ali Express and although they are exactly the same as my original battery, they are "not supported". Can anyone advise me please. Thanks John
Follow up: Ali Express Seller has said there are two versions of the battery and the one they sent is incompatible for my M2 and I should open a dispute. I complied and instantly received a full refund. I now have two unwanted useless batteries and do not know the correct version to order or even identify it. Can anyone enlighten me please ?
