Netgear M6 MR6150 UK - EE sim

Please Help. Could someone from the UK confirm they have the MR6150 (or any other NG mobile router) working with a EE sim. I think I'm being given the run-around. EE have said that the NG router does not work with EE network. I have tried the APN settings they have given me and the router just searches for a network. Anyone else having problems. The EE sim does work in a EE mobile router, so i know the EE works. I have have also tried a another sim (O2) in the NG router and that works too! so im guessing its only the EE sims talking to the NG router.
