Netgear m6 pro starts up, freezes then restarts

I just got this device today from AT&T, used it once and the next time I turned it on it locks up and restarts over and over. It gets to the dashboard,.connects to AT&T, says connecting in the upper right hand corner and then freezes and restarts.

    Please make sure you check for upgrade and have your device upgraded to the latest release first.
