Netgear M6 Pro

The M6 Pro will not show an IP of an Ethernet connected device. Only shows MAC Address. The same device or devices connected via wifi will show the IP address. Is this normal and if so why?

    Hi ave8rr,

     

    How do you check the IP address? Is it via the Mobile App or Web UI? 
    May we please know what type of device wired to the M6 Pro?

     

    Here's the steps of how to check the IP address:

    On Mobile App:
    1. Click on Devices 
    2. Click on the device > the IP address, MAC, and Connection type is seen

     

    On WebUI:
    1. Go to Dashboard
    2. Click on the client device name under Connected Devices > the Connection type, SSID, IP address, and MAC address is seen
