Netgear Mobile App Android - Check for updates button not working
Hi,
Android 5.1 (Linux core 3.10.49)
Netgear Mobile App 7.2.1702.147
Router: AC810-100EUS (FW NTG9X40C_11.14.08.19).
Settings > Microcode > Check for updates (function not working). Pressing the button does not lead to the result.

Hi,
There is a new version of Mobile App (7.3.1703.149) which should now be available on play store.
The check for updates not working button should be fixed in this release.

The AC810 firmware version you have listed is already the latest so there should be no new update found.
Can you provide further detail on what is not working in the mobile app.

Please check your PM, I sent you a link to the video.
Nothings happens then i press "check for update" button, no notifications or something else.
