Hi StefD74FR
For devices on iOS 14, Apple is mandating that apps like the Nighthawk, Orbi and Mobile apps must ask permission to communicate with the devices on your network.
By allowing access, you let the app connect to your NETGEAR router. Granting access is also necessary for the full functionality of the apps.
To enable local network permission:
- Launch the Settings app on your iOS device.
- Select the Mobile App from your apps list.
- Slide the Local Network slider to the right to enable this feature.

Thanks Blanca - please confirm what you mean by "granting local network access" as I cannot figure this out.
FYI I can access router's parameters using Safari / http but the app states that I am not connected to any Netgear device
