NETGEAR Mobile can not connect.

Thease days, I found Mobile APP can not connect Nighthawk M1.

"Incorrect WiFi Mobile Router (Wi-Fi)"

Sorry,this Mobile Router is not supported by the NETGEAR Mobile App.

    I get the same from time to time, log in through the web to confirm your device is connected, if so the check your devices default gateway
