Netgear model mr1100 very slow internet speed

Please help.. I'm getting about 0.50mbps download speed, if I put the same SIM card in my Android device I get about 60.00mbps in the same location I'm using Verizon

I think you are using MR1100-100NAS SKU. Usually, Verizon doesn't allow devices that haven't been certified by them to use their network. That may be the reason you saw the slow internet speed. You can try a T-Mobile SIM to check whether the device can get the faster speed.
