Netgear Model MR6500
My Netgear MR6500 is continually overheating.
Powered by battery or electricity (with the battery removed), the unit gets too hot to even touch. When reading forums on this product, overheating is a very common problem and $720 is a lot to pay for a unit that will not function properly because of this overheating.
Hardware Version: 1.0

overheating is a commonly encountered issue with these hotspot. the qualcomm chips are running hot. you can try putting a fan to actively blow off the heat.
