Netgear mr 1100-100 Nighthawk M1

Untill know my first experience with this mobile router is very dissapointing.

It keeps on telling me 'mobile broadband disconnected'. Looking for answers on the internet I found out I'm not the only one with this problem. Tried several answers but nothing works.

 

I am using a Vodafone pre-paid data card. Wifi connection is working but no connection to the internet.

My product registration says I have al kinds of support, nothing works.

 

Can somebody help me with this problem?

    Please log in to WebUI and check your APN setting. Please make sure APN is configured correctly following the information provided by your carrier.
