Netgear MR1100 Data Roaming

Hi. Have a question please. I live in Thailand but I have a sim from Singapore which I use all the time for data, as it's for work. So it's always on roaming. I use it when I travel to europe, Asia and US too. If I buy this device MR1100 and put the Singapore sim in there, will it work or do I need to set apn etc all the time? Will it be plug and play like when I have on mobile now and each country the Sim locks to the preferred mobile network and data comes automatically.

Please help.

    it should work as is but yu need to make sure this sim card does support hotspot or it will be blocked when started with MR1100.

      Thanks for your reply. I can hotspot it from my mobile so I assume should be fine then with the device?

        Yes, as long as you can hotpot this sim on cell phone, then it should work on M1 as well.
