I've beentrying to log into the administration page to check my messeges and it keeps telling me incorrect log in info please can some one help me, whats going on!?

If you forgot your admin password, you can do factory resset. Then we can use the admin password printed on the device product label to log in to WebUI and set up your router again.

 

The reset button is located under battery cover.
