Netgear MR2100 stuck on boot screen

Hi folks. The device will not progress past the boot screen, sits there with Netgear logo displayed. Device is non interactive, will not respond to touch screen, not showing as a valid USB device if I try and connect to a PC. Cannot connect via ethernet either.

Hard reset via the little button under the battery will not work, just continues to stick on boot screen.

Pleae help me recover my device!!
