Netgear MR2100

The touchscreen isn’t working and l can’t bypass the screen to get it to connect to my computer

Kindly reboot the device with the following steps:

  1. Remove the device from any power source (computer or wall outlet)
  2. Remove the bottom cover
  3. Remove battery
  4. Reinsert battery
  5. Close bottom cover
  6. Turn on the device
