Netgear Night Hawk MR5200 cant find service.

Hi,   I have a problem with a few Night Hawk M5s. Non of them are connecting to an LTE network. I've tried differed Sim cards and carriers . After reading the forum, I think this might be a firmwar...

Can someone help me downgrade the firmware, to try and get it working.

Current firmware: NTGX55_12.04.12.00.
