Hi there,

U can try with good charger with quick charge 3.0 and a good cable that support quick charge 3.0 to solve the issue.

Its best to off the router to charge the battery so it doesnt get hot.

    I can try a higher specced charger but im not sure why that would help when the battery is in the device. Does it bypass the battery when the power is in?

      Not sure if it bypasses the battery, but I seem to have less issues when using a 24w charger Samsung usb C charger

      Can u try off the router for few hours with the battery in to charge the battery? Then on the router with charger plug in.

      Of course its best to use quick charge 3.0. Its common problem when the power is not enough, the router will reboot itself.
