NETGEAR Nighthawk 5G Router MR5200 extension arials / antennas

Question

Hi Group&nbsp;I have a NETGEAR Nighthawk 5G Router MR5200 and wanted to boost the signal if i can as somtimes when i am on the internet it seems slow and when using a VOIP phone it somtimes drops the signal so i miss parts of the conversation etc...it is installed and used mainly in&nbsp; an office on a desk approximartly 3 mtrs from an out side wall and the geografic area has excelent 5g covereage.&nbsp;The router has two TS9 Arial / antenna outlet ports so I purchased two extension arials from amazon:"Bingfu 4G LTE 7dBi Magnetic Base TS9 Antenna 2-Pack for MiFi Hotspot Router USB Modem Netgear LB2120 Nighthawk M1 MR1100 M2 MR2100 AC785 AC797 AC790 AC810 Huawei E5577 E5573 E5785 E8372 E3372"However i am unsure if they are actually doing anything??Is there any way to check or measure the reception before and after plugging them in?I would like to know they are actually working and a benifit if it can.I look forward to any assitance or adviceregards A
