I have the same issue. No data showing after latest update. This is a loss of one of the good features of this router.
Yeah Im thinking about doing a factory reset, so it will work again! If they dont fix it in a few days!
Well I did a factory reset and it didnt remove the latest firmware update!

That's right. A reset clears the settings. It does not wipe out the firmware.
With routers and other modems there are ways of getting back to oder versions.
I dont know how to go back to the last firmware update! Im hoping they fix the current one so it reads the sim card data correctly!
Yes, doing a factory reset does not affect the firmware as the firmware is burned into memory.
I just updated my firmware today and am now getting the same annoying no graph.
Where is the fix?
