NetGear nighthawk m1 boot loop

My Nighthawk MR1100 router constantly restarts. It initiates power on and the "NETGEAR" logo shows up on screen, the amber light shows up and then after 3-5 seconds it shuts off again and then powers...

    Hi, no sadly i did not solve the problem nor can i move past of the loop. Seems like i have an expensive paperweight
