Netgear Nighthawk m1 MR1100 Firmware 12.06.08 available
Hello, A new firmware update available in web interface 12.06.08. Quick test looks goods, maybe it will fix reboot issues. No changlog available so far it seems
To solve the IPv4/IPv6 issue I just waited a while and then did another reset. Everything solved and IPv4 and IPv6 works flawlessly again.

Also, I have done another firmware update and in final, it was the same version number.
And this time, it gives me back ethernet standby option. :)
