Go to the support page downloads for your model and you can locate previous firmwares.
I recommend resetting via the reset button and then upgrade/downgrade, but it's not necessary to reset first.

It appears that is the only version available. There are no previous versions.
The firmware version ending in .00 may be an indicator that there are no previous versions, but naming conventions are of their own accord and only mean something in relationship to each other.
In the past I have found on the "Download" page for my Netgear equipment that there is a seperate link to previous versions of firmware. That link is not available here so there must not be any previous versions.

Are you operating the MR1100 Ooredoo version on the intended provider and it's non-roamed network?
Reason asking is that there are several reports that it appears the MR1100 (or some variants of it) are no longer allowed to run the better/faster channels in other countries and/or other providers, leading to subpar performance.
