netgear nighthawk m1100 mobile router

Have the nighthawk m1100 mobile router using att sim card with unlimitted data, getting data disconnect, bill paid, tried factory reset, have 3 bar signal. How can this be fixed?

Please contact AT&T whether your account allow you to use with mobile hotspot as well.
