netgear Nighthawk M2 - boot screen problem

please help me on my M2 just bought this router dated 3/16/2022 what should I do on the problem please....     note: power button is responding. and the lights is blinking red    and the wifi ...

I have a similar problem - 2 dots on the boot screen and a red blinking LED. My MR2100-1TLAUS can be switched to boot mode, but the firmware has all been removed from the Netgear website. Now it remains only to throw it away if I do not find the firmware anywhere. Netgear administrators Can you explain why all MR2100 firmware was removed?
