Does anyone have the latest firmware for this device, Netgear support will not provide it.

- Hi John, thanks but I have done dozens of firmware upgrade checks both on the touchscreen and via the web interface as well as a factory reset and nothing is being found
Could you please check what is the FW version and PRI version on your device?
We release the FW upgrade as mandatory. So you device may have pick up the update automatically without your awareness.
The last FW: 10.17.01.00; PRI version: 04.02
