Netgear Nighthawk M2 (model MR2100) act as ARLO BASE STATION
I just bougth a mobile router Netgear Nighthawk M2 wih the intention to use it om my campervan and also using it as a basestation for Arlo cams. As you can see on the product page at the netgear webiste (https://www.netgear.be/home/products/mobile-broadband/mobilerouters/default.aspx) : "It can also support your Arlo home security system as a portable base station, so you can easily take Arlo cameras with you anywhere."
Now it seems that the M2 does NOT support ARLO based cameras and this feature was implemented at the M1 models but not on the M2 models.
What now ? This is some serious misleading information at the website.
What can I do ?
Kind Regards

No much the community can do. This was a feature at product launch of the M1 only, not even convinced the Arlo base is still part of the M1 firmware. Marketing mistake not removing this misleading information ... ChristineT pls. talk to marketing to remove this misleading information from localized Web sites (e..g .be, .ch, .de, ....).
Update: M1 Arlo Base feature removal already discussed here -> https://community.netgear.com/t5/Mobile-Routers-Hotspots-Modems/MR1100-EE-Nighthawk-M1-Mobile-Broadband-Router-factory-reset/m-p/1869827/highlight/true#M13031
