Netgear Nighthawk M5 Model no: MR5100 kEEPS ON Restarting when Ip phones are plugged in

Hi I have bought this Night hawk Modem MR5100 when I try to connect this modem with my ip phones it just restart itself.

Everytime I connect it It keeps on restarting. Internet is working fine. Could you please help out with this ???
