Have you factory reset the MR and setup from scratch to see if this changes the behavior?
no, I wanted to downgrade the firmware but can't find the location to download.
Is this the MR6150?
I have a MR6150 and same FW version that was updated not to long go. Not seeing any reboots on mine.
Try a factory reset and setup from scratch on the MR. See if the these reboots stop.

netgear does not provide a repository or even direct links for this generation of nighthawks. I guess if support offers you the FW file, that would be the only way. I have an MR6550 and MR6150 and have the latest FW. they have been stable so far. would certainly try the previous suggestion of a factory reset and start configuration from scratch. not convenient, but if it fixes your issues, then I think it's worth the trouble
