Netgear Nighthawk M6 Pro 5G not connecting to 5G

My MR6550-100PAS - Netgear Nighthawk M6 Pro 5G mmWave is not connecting to the 5G private network here in Brazil using n78 band. Any support is welcome.

    Sounds like a provisioning error from Carrier. Id check with them first. I know here at least sim cards play a roll in what signal you connect to.
