Yes sorry, I was a little frustrated when I did the post. I've done some trouble shooting and don't know what else to do. I've tried to google to find the issue. I've rang my provider and they say there's nothing wrong with the reception and therefore not their problem. I've tried the Sim in another device and no issue with that. Prior to this we had the M5 and never had any issues whatsoever. Just working from home and continuously losing connection is not good at all. The other morning it must've dropped out about 8 times easily within an hour. I am having to continuously check my phone and other devices to ensure that I am connected. I'm having to reset the netgear product and even switch off at the wall and then turn back on. I truly don't know what else to do to get this rectified. thank you.

I am sorry for the issues are are experiencing.
Could you please capture a model.json file and send PM to me?
- Logon to the webui (http://192.168.1.1 ) as an administrator
- Navigate to URL http://192.168.1.1/model.json via the same browser window
- Capture the results (by selecting all + copy) and send it back
