Netgear NightHawk M7 5G - MH7150: fails to accept eSIM PIN code

Hello!

I'm trying to use an italian eSIM , Wind3 operator.
The istallation was not smooth: I had to re-try it a couple of times.

However, once the eSIM is installed and activated, it stays blocked because it needs a PIN code.
When I enter the PIN code, it does not accept it, claiming is wrong. But, strange enough, it still gives me 3 attempts, like it actually never tried.

I tried from app and web admin page: same result.

I reset the device and reinstalled the eSIM multiple times: the problem persists.

Moreover, if I try to install the eSIM in another device to remove PIN protection, it doesn't allow me to do it, claiming that it's already registered for a different device, even if I removet from the router first and wait some time.

I'm desperate and I'm seriously thinking about asking for a refound.

Does anybody had similar issues and/or can be of any help?
