Netgear Nighthawk MK2 and EE

Can anyone help, i have a sim with EE, and they will not give me the information to get the sim installed in the device.

i have tried multiple resets and looked online with various information, which l have entered, but still cannot install the sim.

any help would be appreciated as l am at the end now, and will probably put it on ebay. as l am locked in a contract for the sim.

the nighthawk was purchased , so l should be able to use any provider.
